A failing roof in mid-January and one week until the doors opened! With new carpeting, drywall, sewing machines and miles of fabric, the clock was ticking! The 14,000 square foot coal tar pitch system had failed and the insulation was saturated. Ponding water had damaged the roof and the tenant could not afford disruption once the store opened.
